RESERVATION INFORMATION

What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the cabin, season, day of the week, and number of guests. You can find the rates for each of our vacation rentals on the Rates tab of each property profile. We also offer a variety of discounts and special offers throughout the year.

How do I make a reservation?

  1. Choose the cabin where you would like to stay. Our list of cabins contains an overview of each property, as well as links to each property’s profile.
  2. View our Availability Calendar to see open dates at each cabin.
  3. Book online through our reservations form, or call our office between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday to make your reservation.

How do I pay?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date (or in full if the arrival date is within 30 days). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We can also accept personal checks for reservations made at least 45 days in advance.

Do you require a cleaning or damage deposit?

There is a cleaning charge of $75 per stay, $100 for Dancing Bear Lodge.  In lieu of a damage deposit, we require guests to sign a rental agreement outlining our policies.

What if I’m not sure how many people will be in my group?

It is not unusual for groups to change their headcount prior to their stay. You can book your stay based on your estimated group size and adjust that number closer to the date of your stay. We cannot offer refunds after your stay, so please let us know of any changes to your guest count at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

How do I get the directions to my cabin?

Our cabins are all private homes located throughout the community of Ashford, WA. There is no front desk or formal check-in process, so we will send directions and a key code for your cabin. Check our locations page for exact addresses and driving directions.

What are Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-In is anytime after 4:00 PM and Check-Out is by 11:00 AM. Depending on time of year and availability, an earlier check in or later checkout may be permitted for an additional fee.

What if I need to cancel my stay?

If you need to cancel your reservation, a 30 day cancellation notice is required for a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the reservation. There are no refunds of any kind for cancellations within 30 days of a reservation, unless we are able to re-book the reserved dates. If we can re-book the dates, we will refund the reservation, minus a 10% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the reservation.

What if I need to change dates?

Changing dates is treated like a cancellation. Booked dates are removed from our availability calendars; and all subsequent inquiries for those dates are turned away and referred to other accommodations. If the date change has a minimal impact on our calendar, we may be able to accommodate the change for a small administrative fee instead of the full cost of the booking.
